A native of New England and resident of Baltimore, Neill has had frequent solo shows on the East Coast and has participated in national and international group and juried shows. She is Professor of Painting at Maryland Institute College of Art. Goya Contemporary, Baltimore, Tokonoma Gallery West Stockbridge, MA and Art Advisory/Boston represent her paintings and prints.
